Vintage Club Gourmé Shipping Policy
At Vintage Club Gourmé, every piece is produced with intention and crafted specifically for our customers. Because our garments are made through a premium print-on-demand production process, orders require a short production window before shipment.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after they are placed. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your item is shipped. During periods of high demand or special releases, production may take slightly longer.
Once production is completed, your order will be packaged and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
United States: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on carrier conditions, customs processing, or seasonal shipping volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your package.
Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update once the carrier receives the shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our production and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Vintage Club Gourmé is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Our team will work quickly to resolve the situation and ensure you receive your order.
International Shipping
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Vintage Club Gourmé.
