Vintage Club Gourmé Return & Refund Policy
At Vintage Club Gourmé, every item is produced specifically for each order. Because our garments are made on demand, we maintain a carefully structured return policy to ensure fairness while maintaining the quality and exclusivity of our products.
All Sales Policy
All sales are considered final once production has begun. Since each item is custom produced after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item showing the defect or error
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement item or full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. If the package cannot be located, a replacement or refund may be issued.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and changes may no longer be possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
